Not offering a refund on subscription when it auto renews is a business practice that is unethical and horrible. I will never in my life get another fitbit product for me and family. I 2 sense last year and it will be my last. Understand I missed the deadline but not giving a prorated refund at least is questionable. I am bitter right now so hope another company that respect customers replaces you.
