My premium that I renewed on February 7, is no longer showing on app. How do I fix it?

Thanks for sharing this with us. This is an odd behavior as the Premium features should continue being available after the renewal of your subscription. I understand this isn't the case, so I went to check with our Support team and it seems you already have a case created with them. I'm glad you're receiving assistance, and please don't hesitate to get back to them if you have another question about your case.
