Fitbit Premium is still not working properly

Hi fitbit,

 

I already had contact with you guys a while ago. I am paying for premium every month but it is not working still. I would like to get the money back for the months it did not work and even better: finally get it to work 🙂 otherwise I unfortunaly want to quit it. I am really happy with my fitbit, but this is really frustrating. Thanks in advance!
