Fitbit Premium not activating

Hey there, i am having an issue with the premium fit bit coach! I was trying to purchase the yearly fitbit coach and it says that it comes with a 3months free trial! And then when i try to get access to the program it says get premium but i already have premium! What am i supposed to do 🙄?

Please confirm you followed this procedure to start your trial or purchase the subscription: 

 

  1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.

If these steps are the ones that you followed, then restore your purchase: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
