........don't think i'm seeing what I should see. Got a call in with the help team (we are now at least 4 days into my trial without me getting a 'sniff' of it) but no one seems to be able to tell me what I should be seeing. Anyone else had this problem. I only have a lowly charge 2, but thought it would still work. I'm subscribed to Coach, do you think this could be the problem ? Anyone know the difference between Coach and the elusive Premium ?

As I understand it, having a subscription to Coach automatically enrolls you in Premium, so maybe you were already getting the Premium features without realizing it.
