I have enjoyed the trial for premium and signed up and paid for the subscription but when I try to use the service it doesn’t allow me. It brings me to the subscription page and when I click on a button it says I’m already signed up and paid through 2022.

I'd like you to make sure you're logged into the same account that you were before, this to ensure that the subscription is displayed. If you're then restore your purchase by doing the following:
