Fitbit Premium subscrtipton not processing

I received a Fitbit Luxe for Mothers Day and it came with a free 6 month subscription to Premium. I keep trying to subscribe but it won't load and I am left with a spinning circle which won't process. I keep getting emails telling me to subscribe but Premium is not allowing me to do it. Help!!
