I recently got fitbit Premium and I want to do the workouts that should come with this subscription. However, so far I'm only able to find the workouts on the fitbit app on my phone. However, it is annoying to hold your phone and watch the screen while doing a cardio workout.
When I try and access the workouts on my laptop it is not working. I installed the fitbit app, which tells me to download the fitbit coach app. However, everytime I try to login on the fitbit coach app on my laptop it gives says there's an unknown error.
Is there any way to access the workouts via my laptop?

Hello @IlonaG and welcome to the Help forum. Fitbit removed Coach from the web and the App Gallery a little while ago when they made it all part of Premium. Is there a way that you can mirror your phone to your laptop? I read that there are ways to mirror your phone to your TV with the right setup. Other than that, I think your alternatives are to get a tablet with a larger screen or a tripod for your phone, so you don't have to hold it.
