Just charged $86.36 for Premium. This is expensive! What timeframe does this cover? Not paying this monthly! How do you get ahold of a rep? Been on hold with Google for 46 mins to ask questions. Ridiculous! Like trying to get ahold of DMV....

That is for one year.  You probably had a free trial that expired.
