Hi a couple of days ago my FitBit started playing up.  Now the screen is black and it constantly vibrates when attached to the charger.  I can't do anything with it at the moment.  I've tried resetting it (long and short way) but nothing works.  

Can someone please assist?

This is also happening to me, just woke up this morning to it, it was fine last night

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to confirm that you restarted your Fitbit device by following the tips on this article. 

In order to provide you with the proper assistance, it's recommended that you post your inquiry in the board that corresponds to your Fitbit device model. For example, if you have a Versa 2, please post there.
