I am getting an error when trying to sign up for my free Premium trial. I have logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled I have checked my Google account, and payment method are all correct.
How do I fix?
The error says
We could not complete your request. Please retry or try again later.

be careful! I had the same problem, and they walked me through it, but it ended up charging my credit card at the Apple Store instead. FitBit said it wasn't their problem. After weeks, I have gotten them to agree that they owe me the free trial price, since they can't give it to me. They promised me a PayPal deposit within 10 business days. I waited the 10 days, then contacted them to say the money wasn't there, and got a bounceback that they hadn't heard from me, and had closed my request! I am now attempting to get the refund honored, which is difficult, even though I have it in writing. No one is responding to me at all. Don't let them tell you they can fix any mistakes they make--they can't and won't.
