Fitbit premium not activating

I received a 6 month trial of Fitbit premium with my Pixel Watch. I have had Fitbit on various pixel devices for years, but have not previously tried premium.

 

I selected the pay monthly option to upgrade (zero cost until June 2023) and the app came up with an error. I then tried the pay yearly option and the same thing.

 

However, it appears both subscriptions are on my account (i now have two premium subscriptions listed). However the Fitbit app does not recognise either and still wants me to sign up to premium. Assume this is a technical issue and have cancelled both subs. But they are both still live until June 2023 and not working.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
