Free 1 yr Premium not an option

I got an email stating that since Coach was being deactivated I would be able to get 1 yr of Premium for free. When I follow the emails directions, I’m not given the option for the free year, only the paid subscriptions. Contacted support and they said to log out and then back in… didn’t work. Any help would be great!!!
