My old fitbit broke so I bought a new one, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. While I'm waiting I see my 6 months free premium membership has already started, which is frustrating because I can't use any of the features due to my old fitbit being broken and my new one not having arrived yet.
Can you guys please make some allowances for this sort of situation?

I am sorry to hear that you are having these difficulties, but I want to clarify the situation for you.
This is an expected behavior, when you bought your Fitbit device through the Fitbit store, you have the option to add the Free Trial, this is made for those who wants to start using the Free trial before they received their device. For now there is nothing we can do about it, but if you want, you can leave your feedback in our Product Feedback board, by creating a post with ideas you may have related to this issue that someone else may have as well.
