I bought a charge 5 in November 2021, after a month of using it the belt broke and I could not wear it again. Then I started the process of changing my device. After a some months I finally could get the new one on April 2022. BUT the Free Premium Trial started on November 2021 and ended on May 2022. So I really used the trial for a month or so. I kindly ask you to restar the free trial form April since I receive the product I bought in good shape on that month.
