Get Strong Program - 20-40 minutes per session

Hello,

 

I am recently doing "Get Strong Program" which, according to the Fitbit Coach, I should do 3 times a week, 20-40 minutes per session.

 

I've noticed that all my workouts last from 12-20 minutes. In that case I should be patient and wait till longer workouts will arrive? Or do, for instance, 2 sessions of the same workout one after another?

@misiek95 Hi there. Glad to hear that you joined this Fitbit Coach program. 

 

Take into consideration that Fitbit Coach is a stream personalized video workouts, for this at the end of the workout session, you need to rate it to ensure you get sessions according to the feedback given. 

 

I recommend to continue working out with the sessions given and check if it increases the duration of them. Keep in mind that if you'd like to exercise more, your momentum will increase more.
