Hello! Im having a problem where when I try to get my 1-year free trial that came with my inspire 2, it says "Google play store not available." Please help ive tried everything!

@NickInspire2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

Please try the following procedure: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit it 

- Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and try to subscribe again
