I signed on to the Premium trial this morning, and now my Inspire HR no longer syncs to either my phone (Pixel 6) or my tablet (Surface Pro 4 tablet). I've searched the help forums, and have followed all the advised steps (eg, restart Inspire, uninstall and reinstall Inspire on my phone and on my tablet, switched Bluetooth off and on again, etc.) Nothing works.
All the standard functions on the Inspire work and both the phone and the tablet indicate that I do, in fact, have the Premium service. I just can't use it.
Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?
