Guided Program points not being awarded - Eat to Beat Cholesterol

Fitbit engagement points given through Vitality Marketplace have not been awarded for my completion of the 3 week 'Eat to Beat Cholesterol' guided program. Vitality needs record of my participation. Because I just restarted the same guided program a few days ago ... my status is currently 'in progress' I don't have access to the summary activity of what I just completed. How can I get that record of completion so I can be awarded Fitbit engagement points for the last 3 weeks?
