Guided Programs will be removed on September 19, 2023. Prorated refunds?

Hi all, Fitbit is removing guided programs/ changing what they offer with the Premium subscription. What are the options to get prorated refunds in the US. I no longer want their services.

When I could not get the sleep app to work on my phone I mentioned this also. They don't seem to care that they are getting rid of opinions people use. They will soon find out that people won't buy there products if they get rid of everything that people want
