HOWTO: enter the United Healthcare Insurance Fit-bit Premium Membership Code on my account ?

As a member of the United Healthcare, members are provided a Fit-bit Premium Membership code to be enrolled in the Fit bit Premium as part of the insurance premium benefits.
Q: Where can this Alphanumeric code entered on the Android App or on the Browser Profile setup, members can enter this code to "Activate" the benefits for Fit Bit Premium?

I called Fitbit Number and lady "Malina" picked up the call and was informed that there is no way to enter the code, and the only way to do it you have to subscribe for a 6 month FREE for the Fit Bit Premium and at the end of 6months , members have to login to the website and on their profile during the end of the 6 month period they will have a opportunity to enter the the Code for activate. There is no place on the profile to enter the code for members of AARP Healthcare members to enter as per the agreed contract. Fit Bit support also said that they i.e Fit Bit are not responsible for the code. This looks like a SCAM

Yeah not being able to enter the code is a scam!
