i have a Fitbit sense that won’t hold a change for 2 days. I do not want to pay a monthly fee because my trail ran out today but I have no option on my page to cancel. I have worn a Fitbit for years but this Fitbit sense was a total waste of money and I’m frustrated that you have no way to cancel this this whole monthly charge. Very doubtful I will ever buy a Fitbit again.

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

How do I contact someone about the Fitbit Sense I bought 6 months ago and is not holding a charge more than 2 days, won’t receive calls and is the biggest waste of money I have ever had! Why are they making it so hard to contact someone and No, I don’t use Twitter !!
My dashboards says I don’t have any Subscriptions but they charged me for a month on palpay! Exactly how did they get on my paypal account anyway? I am so frustrated with Fitbit!!
