I checked a few weeks ago to make sure I didn't have a payment method attached to my account so my free premium trial wouldn't renew. Thought I was in the clear. Now, I've been charged $9.99. I've checked my app, checked using a mobile browser, and checked using a desktop computer... I can find no option for how to cancel. My phone says I have no subscriptions. Mobile browser/desktop doesn't seem to have any info in my account regarding premium.
After all of the issues that I've had with the luxe, and continue to have with the luxe (won't sync on its own, takes forever to sync manually, won't show me phone call/text notifications)... I think I'm about to switch to the apple watch.
