Hi I got 6 months free premium subscription when purchased fitbit versa 4 online. Never use now free period has expired. Receive messages re renewal or cancel. Subscription isn't showing under on line account, google account or under Google store play account. Any ideas on where to go from here appreciated.

Before anything else, let me clarify that the email will be sent automatically to all our members who started a free trial. Because you don't see the option to cancel, it might be that you've cancelled it before successfully and you shouldn't be charged for it.
