Last year I received Premium at no cost through my Humana Medicare insurance. Apparently, the subscription has expired with the new year. How do I resubscribe? Do I need a code, if so, how do I obtain it? Has it all changed since the fitbit care membership started? I've called my insurance and they don't know what I am talking about. Thank you.

Since you have already been in touch with our support staff, I would advise you to continue having open communication with them in order to receive a prompt response to your inquiry.
Either way the fact that Humana is the company that provides this subscription activation process, I will advise getting in touch with them about it.
