How to Cancel Premium after free period?

I have already started the pay-per-month version of Premium, but honestly I never use it. I can't seem to effectively cancel it. The Steps to go to Account Settings, then to Manage Accounts just dumps me into Google Play.  Do I need to call th enumber?
