I have made sure my app is up to date and there is no where to activate my premium trial. Just an option to sign up for 9.99 a month. How can I set up my trial?

The option to active your Fitbit Premium trial will show up as soon as your Fitbit Sense is set up to your account. Please confirm that your watch is set up to your account.
