My new Fitbit sense came with 6 months free premium access. I would like to use the premium access. It was purchased through Amazon. How do I go about setting it up?

I just received a fitbit sense. It comes with a free 6 month trial. I did not activate it but it seems as though it already was activated. I just started the device today. I want to see when it was activated and when it will end and be sure i have it installed.

In my home a fitbit sense was purchased as a gift to me and a fitbit versa2 was purchased as a gift for my son. They were purchased the last week of november although not delivered until several weeks later and not planned to he activated until at least christmas day. The versa2 came with 3 months of free premium and the sense came with 6 months. Both devices were ordered under the same email. The premium was more important for the sense. It appears that they began the trial on Nov. 25th. The office says they began it for the versa2 but the sense seems to show that it may have premium although neither device has had this activated yet. Could use some help please.

I have a clearer sense of my problem now. It appears my account was hacked. There was another name as the name on the account and this person was from the UK. Other then the personal info all of the other info was mine. I was instructed to change my name and password, which I did.
But it also seems my premium was activated 30 days ago. I did not do this. I did not have my device and was no longer using my old device. It had not been used for many months. They are saying i have therefore used 30 days of my free trial already and will not fix it. They seem uncertain but say i have a 6 month trial. I am not sure of this at all. It is very frustrating. I bought an expensive device and would like 6 months of premium with it, as promised.

@FaithLoveTrust Hi there. Additionally to what @Rich_Laue mentioned, just wanted to share that the invitation to activate your Premium trial will appear when your Fitbit Sense is set up to your account. Then you'll be redirected to your phone's default store and manage your subscription from there.

Thank you. I hope to hear from somebody. I told the phone support i just opened and set up the semse yesterday. The versa has never been opened or set up. I did not activate my free trial. I have not even started using my device. Theu keep telling me i did a month ago. The sense had not even been shipped yet then.
