I bought a new Fitbit device in two months ago and it came with 6 months of free premium trial. At the moment I already had a premium subscription, so after doing a bit of research I found out that I have to cancel the existing subscription. Ok I did that. Last month the previous premium subscription expired. Now question is, how can I activate the free trial? In the app I can’t find the place where it says that the device has 6 months of free premium trial. If I click on the premium tab then it pretty much tells me that I need to pay.

Hi, @Etzu , welcome to the forums! You could try removing your Fitbit from your account and then re-setting it up. That might prompt the free trial notification.
