I have read and followed all the instructions regarding cancelling my Fitbit Premium subscription. Each time I get to the Subscriptions area it shows me 'Discover subscriptions' as I DID NOT subscribe to Premium even though it was free for 6 months. Now I am being charged for something I didn't want.
I have logged into both my Google account and through the Fitbit app and I get the same result.
I would appreciate some urgent assistance with this. If I have to cancel Fitbit all together I will find another product which does not get you hooked into something you don't want. Regards, Andrea
