How to change the elite selection?

Hi, when first opening Fitbit coach, I accidentally selected “Elite”, which I am definitely not! Is there a simple way to change this?

A warm welcome to the Community @EmmaTw! I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of where you selected Elite. It sounds to me like you bought the Premium Membership and you may want to try the free version. 

 

If you're talking about the programs, you can change it at anytime, check the screenshot below:

Thanks so much for getting back to me! 

 

I can’t take a screenshot coz I can’t find it again....

I literally downloaded the Fitbit Coach app, and when I opened it one of the first things was “would you consider yourself”

and then four options “beginner, average, *something* or elite”

So I think I tried to scroll or something and selected elite...

Just want to change it if it affects the workouts or anything...

I tried deleting the app and re downloading it but it didn’t come up again....

I'm having similar frustration. I used to do medium exercises, but now i would need to do easy ones since i'm recovering from a hand surgery. Only way i am able to do those, is by using the web-app and not the mobile-app (IOS). Would like to add workouts to favourites on the web-app, but that does not have the feature.
