Today was my first time using the app and wow did it kick my butt! I was looking at what I wanted to do tomorrow and I was wanting to replay one of the videos I did today. Is there a way to do that?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question, I'm very glad you're enjoying Fitbit Coach! Now, in order to re-play a previous exercise, please go to the Profile Tab in the Coach app and then you'll be able to see the exercise you've performed under "Sessions". Tap on the one you want to re-play to start it.
Give this a try and let us know the outcome and if you need anything else, please feel free to reply.

Under my profile I don’t have the session option. All I can see is what I’ve done and I only have the option to share it. Do I have to upgrade to the premium to be able to?

I appreciate you have come back to us and letting us know you're not able to see the "Sessions" option. Would it be possible for you to reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see when you tap on the Profile tab in the Coach app? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

Currently, it's not possible to re-do a workout from the Coach app. However, if you visit the Fitbit Coach website, you'll have the re-do option.
If you would like that this could be a feature implemented in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
