Help I can't get my promised 6 month subscription. All I see is a 90 day subscription that I will get charged for. So far this app has taken me hours to setup when I am very techy. Not user friendly to me.

Formerly Fitbit devices included a 6 month Premium Trial. Meanwhile Fitbit Premium Trial is offered for 90 days as shown here:
If you have purchased your Sense 2 with the product claiming to offer 6 months of Fitbit Premium Trial on it's packaging, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get things cleared out:
