I am averaging 12K+ steps a day per my profile and the app, but when I look at my friends leaderboard, I show up at the bottom, with no recent activity. I've rebooted the phone -- no fix. Same issue exists on the web dashboard.

  • Tap on Privacy from the menu on the left hand side
  • Then see Statistics > Average Daily Step Count > Make sure it is selected to Public
