In desperate need of a fitness program

I'm a (very) casual athlete who really needs a nudge to stay motivated. And without a clear goal I notice I find it difficult to find a new workout to do every day in Fitbit Premium. I really miss a fitness program that you can start with and that determines what you're going to do for a few weeks or even months. I understand that many people like the freedom to make their own choices, but for a Fitbit user without a backbone, a fixed program would be a huge help😉

Are there more users who miss this feature? Or do you have any tips on how to follow a series of workouts in a different way without having to keep looking for something new every day?

I would love to hear your thoughts!
