Inspire 2 not syncing

Hi, anyone else have trouble syncing their device?  I’ve had my Inspire2 less than a year (since Christmas) and it’s been a bit temperamental but since yesterday I can’t get it to sync at all.

I’ve tried all the suggestions: rebooting the device, rebooting my phone, switching Bluetooth on and off, Apple software updates, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, you name it. I even tried switching it to my Google account.   I removed my device but now when I’m trying to find it again to add to my account it keeps crashing once I’ve entered the 4 digit pin from the device.  It’s driving me insane.

Anyone else having trouble with the app at the moment?
