Good evening! I would appreciate if someone can help me. 

 

I missed the page asking me to start 1-year free premium membership the day I purchased my Inspire 2. Since then, I couldn’t find an button/page related to this. I have deleted the app and download again(both Android phone and IPAD) , nothing change. 

Is premium membership available in Hong Kong?

@monday0216 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. When your Fitbit Inspire 2 is set up to your account, you should be able to see the 1-year free Premium subscription. 

 

Fitbit Premium is now available in Chinese, (Traditional or Simplified), please make sure your phone language settings are set to this language, this to ensure you receive the Premium button on your app.
