Get Fit Bingo trial not syncing or disappearing

I just want to point out to the Fitbit community there is a new challenge listed under Premium Challenges titled Get Fit Bingo. Currently it is a trial version.

 

I discovered Get Fit Bingo when one of my Fitbit friends invited me to the challenge. 

 

I really like the format as it pushes one to complete specific goals within the game in order to win Bingo

 

I hope this does not end up as a Premium member only challenge meaning I have to pay $80 fee just to have this challenge added. Yes I am aware of the other Premium benefits included in this fee, but so far not impressed enough to join. 

 

It would be nice if this will be offered for ALL Fitbit wearers as I have been wanting additional challenges to be added. I am bored with the same old stuff

 

I hope others who have discovered this new challenge will feel the same way

I just discovered it also and have friends doing it with me - they said they find they are pushing themselves more to get some of the new tasks complete.  This is GREAT.

I also hope it won't be for premium only.  Just us everyday Fitbit users for YEARS are enjoying the new challenges

Get Fit Bingo locked up and stopped counting steps. Is there a resolution that fixes the problem?

Maybe try shutting down your Fitbit and then rebooting it..

@Teddy2 There was a Fitbit server outage yesterday.  It's possible it impacted the game.  Is it working today?

How you get the Challenge? I have Fitbit Premium and it doesn't show only app.

Unfortunately it is very inconsistent. The rules and directions are inadequate. It offers tile swapping then suddenly it’s not offered anymore but they give you extra “time”. I had already used all of the time related tiles so that was no help. I almost could blackout the game board but can’t win the game because of the one tile left to finish. In very frustrated with this and wish they spoils let you know they aren’t going to offer a tile swap before you use the stupid tile.

I don’t have access to Fitbit bingo either despite being a premium member. I have looked under premium challenges and still only have the two usual ones. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t live in the USA? I have contacted support about it but they have yet to get back to

me.

So my bingo will no longer sync. Is this because they want me to pay the premium price?

@DrPhatGurl72   @Flowrpowr   @Kurrant   Get Fit Bingo is still in its trial and hasn't been made available to all Premium users yet. The roll out is progressive.

 

I agree that the directions are inadequate.  The directions don't mention playing achievements on tiles that aren't part of the pattern, but this can be essential to winning the challenge.  You don't always get a tile swap.  Sometimes you get credit, like mileage for active minutes.  An important note.  If you are offered some kind of credit, use it or LOSE it.  If you go back without using it, you will waste that choice.

 

@Mzpatient   I am not sure why you aren't syncing.  Try Force quitting your app then re-open it.

@MoBrit   Don't be alarmed if you don't have it.  In the past, the first roll out is to about 10% of users, premium users, in this case.  Fitbit can tweak the challenge, based on feedback.

My daughter started our Fitbit Bingo last week, and for the last few days, it won’t update any activity. The rest of the app is fine. I’ve tried force stopping the app, but to no avail.

We have been doing the bingo challenge and my active minutes are not adding up, has anybody else had this issue? Have tried everything they’re still not adding up. All steps and kilometres are adding up fine it’s just the active minutes that aren’t syncing. I’ve tried exiting the app and reinstalling etc etc. Still nothing...

Mine isn’t syncing either but my other challenges are? It’s a sane you can’t chat either to see if others are having problems 🤷‍:female_sign:

I was hoping someone knew the trick to get Bingo to sync again.  I have one going fine.  the other bingo was a two-week Bingo and 3 days ago it Froze up and is NOT counting any steps miles, or minutes. But of course, the time is still counting down.  

 

Any suggestion to get it working again would really be appreciated.
