Is it possible to pause your Fitbit Premium membership? I paid for a year's service. I lost my Charge 4 and bought a new Charge 5. The watch broke after 6 days. I sent it back to Fitbit for a replacemnet. It has been over 1 month and I still do not have my replacememnt watch, meanwhile, my time is ticking on my current Premium paln. Shouldn't they extend it for the time that I have no watch to connect to Fitbit premium with? It wasn't my fault the watch broke. They can see I have not connected/synced a watch to Premium since 11/22/21. I can't be the first person this has happened to. Any help would be appreciated.. I called Fitbit and they blew me off saying they won't do anythng about it. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused. Horrible ccustomer service!!!

Few days ago i noticed it is possible to pause memberships on Google Play Store but it seems it's up to the service to implement the functionality. You might want to see if it's working also for Fitbit.
Your request makes a lot of sense.
