LED Band for evening walking or running

Accessory band that has an LED and a battery within the band. I ride my bike in the evenings and I always use my LED lights for safety, being visible to drivers and others is important. The batteries in the flare lights last about 2 hours. So a band design that can accommodate a battery that lasts that long would be great. For reference - 200 RT/Flare RT.
