Endless and Unsolved Issue with Sleep Scores and Snore Reports
I started using Fitbit Ionic Dec 25 or 2019 – with the Premium Subscription purchased via my iPhone account.
1st Year has a total of 12 missing Sleep Scores.
2nd Year 12/25/20 – 12/25/21 - 40 missing Sleep Scores Purchased a Fitbit Sense
3rd Year 12/26/21 – 04/01/22 61 missing Sleep Scores
Fitbit has replaced my Sense 5 times since Jan 28 of 2022.
Repeated calls to Premium Support have been escalated – resulting in the replacement Sense units. At one point I tried a Charge 5 for a week which failed to produce any sleep scores.
I have repeatedly suggested that the issue must be related to some sort of unusual problem with my account in the Fitbit data base. (deaf ears at Fitbit)…they just keep sending me new Sense units.
I recently purchased a Garmin Venu 2 Plus as a comparison with Fitbit Sense. The unit has produced sleep scores from the first day.
I would be more than happy to return the Garmin unit IF Fitbit was able to solve the Sleep Score issue. When the next Sense unit arrives, it will be tested – and probably replaced after my next call to Premium Support.
Hopefully this post to the Fitbit Community will be seen by someone at Fitbit further up “the chain” able to solve the issue.
