My experience with Health Coaching

Look, I'm a Die Hard Fitbit Lover. But When you Screw with Veterans like myself, well, Thanks, but no flipping Thanks. There was suppose to be Fitbit Coaching with our Fitbit Premium but the Coaching part as been a flipping joke. Ask Questions, do not respond for Days, then Guess what, no Health plan?! Seriously? Shame on you Fitbit for allowing these "Coaches" to abuse the system and not really Coach people at all. Seriously, what is wrong with you?! And Guess what everyone, we all are paying for this! These scammers are paying to "Coach us" but we are receiving nothing.

I see where your disappointment is coming from, sorry you had this experience. I'd like to clarify that Fitbit Premium and Fitbit Premium + Health Coaching are two different subscriptions.

 

If you're subscribed to Health Coaching and your Coach hasn't replied to you, please get connected with our Support team, they'll be happy to help and provide further assistance. Be sure that we're here to assist you and help you with any inconvenience you face.
