My new fitbit came with a 6 month free trial premium subscription. I tried to activate it but my card was charged right away. I contacted fitbit but said it was an issue with Apple. I contacted Apple and they said it was an issue with Fitbit.
Out of the two, I’d say Fitbit is lying. Many other people on Fitbit’s forum have the same complaints on other devices that are not Apple.
