Hi @thefunkygorilla

Are you talking about the coach app on your phone? If so which device are you using?

I click to play my coach session and get error "sorry there was a network error while trying to load your session" I am on Android phone. My Fitbit is Charge 3 though that should not matter. I need a workout. This is VERY inconvenient. I am right next to my WiFi router and other network devices work fine. My connection is strong.

UPDATE:

I force stopped the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Same thing.

I've had the same problem, and this is how I was able to get it to download eventually:

With the program session open, tap on the three dots in the top right corner next to the music note, and say 'abandon session'. When it prompts, say yes, and it should kick you back out to the home screen of the Coach app. Clicking back in and trying again allowed it to download for me.

Make sure you've got WiFi on, and there's no downloads going on in the background - my phone automatically updates apps when I'm on WiFi, so I had to disable that so that the fitbit session download was prioritized.

Hey @DThursty it's great to see you around and @uRobby thanks for the input.

I am sorry for the delay in respond and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this download issue before contacting us.

As suggested by our friends, try abandoning your Fitbit Coach session. To do this while you're in a Fitbit Coach session, tap the 3 dots > Abandon session. Note that you can’t redo or go back to a session that you abandoned.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
