No Help or Support with Technical issues Updates and Premium for over two years

I understand community is not for technical support ... 

Please help get my needs met ... 

Versa 2 Android version 12 Samsung devices

 

Problems remain unsolved 2 years with new issues rising from last update.

 

I have called spoken emailed in past including since this last update. Reps promise follow up via email and that the next update will fix.... I  get no reply no solutions. 

 

2 years unable create challenges and now my rematch doesn't work properly. I can be in one challenge it says I am full. I  can add people but have to ask friends to create and now no rematch.  

 

Support is  aware of these issues including the inability to share my cardio or have a multi colored graph. 

These issues are with regular options and the premium options. 

 

Please connect me or forward my concerns requesting they reply to me via email. 

 

Way Beyond Frustrated 

My premium has yet to work I pay good money for it and only keep it because I need the health stats and reports. 

I have a great group of friends and do not want to go elsewhere. 

My time is as valuable as everyone's time.

What can I  do if proper requests are not solving issues?
