Not getting notification that wellness report is ready

I request wellness report no problem, I just never get the notification it’s ready for download. I get other notifications fine. Anyone know a way to get it when it’s ready?

Hoping someone might have the answer as Fitbit has “a team working on the issue” but that’s been since March 2023 😕
