Hi, I had a Versa 3 for Christmas & thought I'd try the trial of Fitbit Premium. You have to wait 30 days to get a Wellness report which I have. I've now requested the report & followed the steps but the report doesn't show up anywhere on the app nor the download folder on my phone. Any ideas anyone please? Thanks...

I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it
- Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and request your Wellness Report again
