My PW3 doesn't track blood oxygen while I am sleeping and doesn't accurately record my sleep time.
It only worked for the first 4 days I had the PW3. This is ridiculous.

@Xobat
Sleep tracking can be affected by how the watch is worn on your wrist.
Try wearing it looser or tighter to see if that helps. Also try wearing it a little higher on your arm. I wear mine so that the strap is further up and not resting on my wrist bone and I get readings nearly every night.

I find that Fitbit doesn't do a good job of tracking my sleep at all. I also use a third party app, Sleep As Android, which uses the same sensors on my Pixel Watch 3. I tell both apps that I've started and stopped sleeping and almost every night, Fitbit fails to track the first hour or two of my sleep. I add it manually based on the actual sleep time from the Sleep As Android chart. I shouldn't have to add it manually though because:
1) Fitbit should correctly detect my starting sleep time, especially with my telling it that I started sleeping.
2) Sleep As Android has permission to write to Health Connect and Fitbit has permission to read from Health Connect.
