Premium Features Not Working

I have paid for Fitbit premium.  My free trial ended 3/23/22 and I paid for a years subscription through the apple app store.  I had my information set up to continue premium - I did not let the subscription lapse and then resubscribe.  My credit card has been charged and the banner on my app still says that I am using the premium subscription.

 

But the premium features have suddenly stopped working since 3/23.  The heart rate variability reading is a critical factor in monitoring a chronic condition that I have and it is becoming increasingly difficult to get to that screen to see what my reading is for the day.  I have not had a readiness score for the past two days, despite wearing my fitbit for 4+ hours every night for almost an entire year now.  The app even states that my score is fully tuned, but then on the same screen it states that I need to wear my fitbit for at least 4 hours/night for 14 nights to get a score.

I reinstalled the app on my phone (iphone) thinking that maybe there was some problem there, but that seems to have made the problems in the app worse, not better.

Is anyone else having this issue too or do I need to contact someone else about my account not updating the premium features since beginning to pay for premium?

Hi @AMJC - try resyncing the watch with the Fitbit App again, there were some problems with the Fitbit servers this week which should be resolved now.
