Hii fitbit! First of all I was wondering if there is another way of communicating with you guys since this is not really efficient for me.
And secondly I was wondering if I could have my money back for the premium payment. Sadly enough my fitbit and other belongings got stolen, and actually has not been used for a while (I assume), since my account has not been updated since 28th of january. Since I have no budget to buy a new fitbit, I am also not able to use the service sadly. So I hope that there is a way that I could get my money back form the premium payment that went through only 2 days ago. Hope to hear from you soon,

Hi @Questonplease these are the community forums and you'd want to get with customer support. Generally you can cancel Premium, but there is usually no refund of the money paid for it.

@Questonplease have you contacted support? As @Odyssey13 says, we are a community of fitbit users and at best can tell you what should happen.
As for cancelling Fitbit Premium, the way to cancel will depend on how you are paying for it. Are you paying by the month, or paid for the year?
Pay by your app store or through the fitbit app? Maybe a credit card or Google pay.
I'm not sure how the fitbit was stolen, would it be possible to use insurance?
